Q. What is your Account Verification Process?
A. For security purposes, we verify all accounts that are created on SVM Corporate and at times, we may request additional information to validate the Account.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject accounts that do not meet our verification standards.
Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. All our orders go through our Fraud Checking System, if the order is accepted by 1pm it will qualify for Same Working Day Dispatch. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
You can track the status of your order, by logging into your Account and visiting the My Orders section.
Q. Is there a limit to the amount I can purchase?
A. We accept orders between £200 - £5,000.

Q. What is Activation Point?
A. Activation Point is a safety protocol that allows you to activate your cards upon receipt. This means no loaded cards can be lost in transit before they reach you.

Q. What is Collection Point?
A. Collection Point is a simple and secure method for accessing your eGifts.
It provides management information including visibility of who has accessed the system. Collection Point guarantees that only authorised users can access your order history. For more information click here.
Q. How can I check the balance on my Gift Card(s)?
A. Checking your balance differs per retailer. Please go to balancecheckers.com or check the retailer terms & conditions for further information on how to check the balance of your card(s).
Q. Can I have my order shipped to a separate address?
A. For security, all billing and delivery addresses need to be the same.
Q. Can I purchase International Gift Cards and eGifts?
A. On our website, you can purchase Gift Cards and eGifts in Great British Pounds to be delivered within the United Kingdom. We do have an exciting range of European and International products, to find out more please call our Sales Team on 01709 718055.

Q. What are the postage options available to me?
A. We offer Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery, costs as below

Q. Are there any other fees associated with placing an order?
A. You will be charged a Corporate Credit/Debit Processing Fee, the fees will be charged as per the below:
Mastercard Business: 2.2%
Visa Business: 2.3%
When ordering eGifts, a Processing Fee of 15 pence per code will be applied.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. We accept all major corporate Debit and Credit Cards; usual Credit Card charges apply. If you wish to pay through a different method of payment contact our Sales Team on 01709 718055.
Q. Will I receive a VAT invoice for my order?
A. All orders receive an Order Confirmation email. If you would also like a VAT invoice, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. My order has not arrived?
A. Please allow 5 working days for Royal Mail First Class Delivery and 2 working days for Royal Mail Special Delivery. If your cards have still not arrived, please call Customer Care on 01709 718055.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately, all corporate orders are subject to a No Cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
